3. All in all, a great hotel (don't get me wrong): better staff training could make this a real 5 star hotel, even though a bigger fitness center and an indoor pool or a spa would be needed in my opinion.

5. They seem to present themselves as a luxury hotel and certainly charge you a price that reflects it, but I have had much better stays at basic chains like the Holiday Inn, Best Western, or Courtyard.
