1. Their breakfast (free) was generous and convenient although (picky me) would prefer to have plain oatmeal and plain yogurt at breakfast, I guess most folks in Dallas don't care too much about things like sugar in their food.

3. Every member of the staff (housekeeping, valets, front desk, breakfast staff) that I encountered were friendly and seemed to genuinely care that my experience at this hotel was a positive one.

4. You can pay $20/day for valet parking with unlimited in and out service (and they are very quick with the cars - and careful about parking them - no door dings.
