7. Since I work in hotels, I have been trained on where to look and what they look like, and this room that I stayed in without a doubt had bed bugs.

8. The following afternoon, I was waiting in line at the front desk when I heard a man ahead of me tell the desk clerk that "this room is already occupied" and he would just like the first room he had gotten.
