4. Stains on ceiling and on doors, shower curtain was bent we were scared to move it for fear it would fall, TV was from early 70's complete with green picture and all ( no remote) we complained on 800 number and only response from hotel was to bill us for the room though we called back and complained again, getting a 60 credit for another -choice hotel.
