1. The people that work in the mornings generally seem overwhelmed, but the evening staff is excellent, always going above and beyond what I would expect for a holiday inn.

2. The hotel as general not bad, getting in consideration the price, i would bay 10 or 20 $ more but to stay at a better hotel, when i entered my room it wasn't clean, i was shocked, but really they gave me a larger room with free breakfast that was so delicious, maybe i am not Lucky.

3. The rooms are generally shabby with stains on the carpets and furniture, patched holes in the wall, doors that do not fit nor close properly, stained ceilings, and peeling wallpaper.

5. We had to search 6 floors before we found an ice machine, it took almost 3 minutes to get any warm water, much longer for hot, one elevator was out of service half the time, the rear entry door was hanging by one hinge and unusable, the front entry doors had to be wrestled open for most of the weekend, hallways were generally dingy looking, and don't even THINK of getting a roll-away bed for a third guest.
