1. One of the only downsides was the lack of nearby affordable restaurants (we had to drive 15 minutes to get pizza) and the parking costs $10 which we didn't find out until we had arrived.

2. The standard, affordable rooms in a great location let us walk to nearby bars and restaurants in the Arena District and the $10 a day parking with in/out priv.
