1. The lobby was nice enough, but when we arrived at our room we were stunned.

3. This nicely kept property stands in contrast to some very grungy-looking neighbors: Unkempt cheaper motels and what appears to be a former Hampton Inn that must have been converted into apartments.

4. None of these things were big problems: the room was certainly not dirty, the bed was comfortable, there was free Wi-Fi, the free breakfast was good enough, the staff was very friendly, the small fitness center had nice equipment, and I felt completely safe.
