3. If you know the weekends are busy they should also have more staff for the Valet parking as I had to wait almost 1/2 hour to get in and everyone there seemed to be running around in confusion as to who they needed to help there only appeared to be 4 people in that area and clearly there needed to be more.

5. From the valet pointing out that they had a daily parking rate discount for the convention I was attending, to the check-in person pointing out we had free wireless and automatic late check out (by being 'frequent flyers' with Crowne Plaza) and some special help from the front desk & administrative staff regarding documents I needed notarized for work (which was handled very quickly and professionally).
