1. Overall very good stay, I like to try new hotels and I like to be downtown but for the price and location it's safe to say we'll stay here again when we go to Columbus.

6. The manager was very persistent on contacting the new hotel that I was going to and filled out a 'walk letter' and kept telling the girl on the other end at the new hotel that this wouldn't be going through Guest Relations.

7. The kind lady at 1-800-EMBASSY then helped me out with a new hotel on Polaris Pkwy - a little further north than I needed to be for the night, but I didn't care.

8. At 12a there was lots of noise and excitement of course for the new year but with the CPD on guard all that noise was actually shut down around 1230.
