Good: location (for the work I had to do, it was good, but I can see where it wouldn't be anything exciting for others), comfortable beds (I'd say a bit better than typical Hampton Inns), breakfast quality (some hot items, some cold items), fitness room (nice TV, good selection of equipment, water), ability to print from your own PC, internet speed, TV channels (have everything I can think of)Not so good: no express check in or check out (nothing is pre-printed to both check in and check out take a bit), breakfast variety (some days they seemed to be out of several items, especially not much fresh fruit), bathrooms are very basic in design and had some cracked tiles.
