1. Two things that were a little strange: 1) the bolt on the door lock didn't look like it went into the jam fully, but, was assured by maintenance that that was the way it was supposed to function and 2) when in the vanity area it sounded like water was running in the wall whch maintenance said was the heat pump.

3. TVs were old tube models - not spiffy flat panel HD sets (like are found in many BW hotels)Furniture was ok, but not comfy.

5. Very new (one of the few places we`ve stayed where my husband didn`t have to fix something), one of Best Western`s nicer properties; we particularly liked the apartment style layout.
