4. We flagged her down in the hall and she acted like she didn't understand our requests for the towels nor did she understand when we handed her the trash that WE took out to put in her trashbin.

6. i traveled from uk into columbus on the 16th of march not driving didnt realise how far out of town i was as im not driving here had problems getting cash management and staff helped me no end nothing was to much for them igot what iwanted at the end a nice st pats day ive stayed in many top hotels around the world but haver never been looked after like this id like to thank management and staff for the help they gave me and for making my stay here pleasurable mr g p a haven garyhaven50@yahoo.

7. Good breakfast, but did not have dedicated staff to monitor breakfast area like some other chains.

8. The only thing was this year there was a funny smell in the room, like something died.

9. The non-smoking room has cigarette burns all over it and smelled like smoke, the walls in the bathroom and the grout was black with mold, several of the lamps had broken power cords and could not be plugged in.

10. I called the front desk to see what is going on, and they say that I can leave if I don't like their establishment, I expressed my anger in very poor language and they said that their computer will be auditing until 6am and at that time they will give us a 50% d.
