1. In addition I sent an email to management as soon as the conference was over and now two weeks later have not even got an apology/response of any kind.

3. Overall the hotel is probably average compared with most, but the response of the staff gives it a boost in my book.

4. The manager's response was that since we booked on Priceline (we paid more than others I have seen review this hotel) the only thing he could do for us was offer us 2 free coffees from the Starbucks in the lobby.
