1. The fitness center has two nice treadmills, a bike and an eliptical machine(all seem fairly new).

2. Since we were new to the Cleveland area we asked about some basic shoppping and information about colleges in the area & found the woman at the front desk did not know much about the area or shopping or colleges.

3. The other hotel (courtyard marriott) that we normally stayed at keeps raising its prices and honestly, it is not worth paying two rooms for what we can get at this new property we had just stayed at.

5. no noise at night - close to I271, but not too close to hear anything - new 27' flat screen TV`s - wireless internet all over, and computers in the lobby -good complimentary hot and cold breakfast -outdoor pool and whirlpool(seasonal, obviously) -friendly, helpful staff - full kitchen amenities -the heat/AC worked fine, windows open, too -2 million dollar renovations- notice in the elevator about what`s going on.
