2. I speculate that another reason is that, since it has a conference center attached, it may well be that its conference center attendees are more important to it than its hotel guests.

3. I speculate that the reason that this particular Hilton is rough around the edges is that it is across the street from the Stadium, so it likely fills up with every game, regardless of its shortcomings.

4. I parked my car when I got to the city, and didn't have reason to move it until I left the next day, that's how great the location of the Hilton Garden Inn is.
