1. the website also claims to offer a daily newspaper, outdoor pool and free wifi, yet the newspaper never arrived, the pool was broken (out of service for the season) and wifi was down.

3. free breakfast consisted of bagels with mold on them, stale cereal and spoiled milk, complaibed again at front desk and was told by female working at desk that she already was aware of that problem and she proceeded that she hates her job and take it up with customer service.
