1. We always attempt to take care of the guest issues regardless of the circumstances and that is the reason that we offered to pay all medical expenses plus refund the accommodation fee just to prove our hospitality gesture.

2. Tried like crazy to get double beds but had to go with the pullout couch and single King size--kids didn't care, but it wasn't the most comfortable in the world.
