1. Inside the bathroom was a sign that stated something like 'no daily cleanup of room only 1x per week, if you want daily cleaning, please notify front desk,' after requesting daily service our room was still missed 1 day.

2. My wife and I stayed here for 1 week and were quite disappointed with the following:On arrival late in the evening I asked if there was an upgrade available and I was answered quite unfriendly, doesn't seem like the night person was too interested in our stay.

3. When we arrived, the lobby smelled like chocolate chip cookies.

9. This hotel is TOP notch, you will not find anything else like this unless you go downtown and pay 250 a night.
