2. This hotel had many good features - exceptionally friendly staff, a bar and a restuarant in the lobby, convenient complimentary to-and-from airport shuttle, and close to the airport.

9. The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, but the walls of the room were dirty and the wake up call I requested never happened (thank goodness I had an alarm on my cell or I would have missed my flight).
