3. Front desk staff was very accomodating and gave me a room in the newly renovated wing for no extra cost.

4. He failed to enter our wake up call properly (probably on purpose) even after I said three times we have an international flight so make sure that the wake up call is at 5:45 AM in the new room (security guard is my witness).

5. very upper end for a HI)Free internet (where i sit now) is avail on all of the newly renovated rooms on the third floor (request this floor) AND WILL SOON BE IN ALL ROOMS.
