1. Listen, you won't confuse it for a Four Seasons, but the hotel fits the brand profile of a Hilton Garden Inn, is very clean, the staff is great.

10. We were in town for the Carolina Panthers game so we were not suprised when we could not check in early, however; we were very disappointed when we came back at 5pm, we still could not check into our room as it was still being cleaned.
