2. Had a queen suite on 5th floor - beautiful room, very comfortble bed, feather pillow, small but serviceable bathroom, very nice wardrobe with flatscreen TV.

5. The lobby and restaurant are not large at all but the decor was very nice and the hotel appeared to be in very good repair.

10. Charlotte is a nice, clean small city with a lot of art and theater possibilities, we would stay again in a heart beat.
