I called Hilton Honors again and was told the request was submitted on the 26th for my free night, it was their policy for me to hear from the hotel within three days, no apology or reason was given why I hadn't heard from anyone, and I was told I needed to be patient, it could still be another two weeks before I received my voucher in the mail.

4. ) and he told me that to make the situation right, he had talked to the general manager, they had contacted Hilton Honors, and they were sending me a voucher for a free night at any HIlton property in the world, the request had already been processed.

7. 00 we were told that they use to use an outside vendor and that was why the rate was higher but now they just use their on shuttle so they have to provide free transportation for any customer to destinations within 5 miles of the hotel.

8. We would have probably been ok with getting there a little late if not for the guy behing us asking about the shuttle to the concert and he is told oh sure we can take you too even though you didn't book the park and ride rate because we will take you anywhere within 5 miles for free.
