1. Marriott's Residence Inns are my favorite because you can get a one or two bedroom with living room and kitchen, more like a condo.

3. (like my husband wishing for an elevator to take him to the second story of the building we stayed in or complaining that a couple of the cable channels were 'tiling' when we first arrived--we think in part because of storms in the area.

5. Full kitchen, working desk, huge king size bed - what's not to like? The location is what it is - right off the highway and the noise can get to you if you're a light sleeper, but it's a great location for hitting the airport or Uptown.

6. When we first arrived on Thursday, they had a Manager's Choice evening snack meal at 6 pm which included salad, pizza bagels, cheese, chips, gourmet salsa, spinach dip and the like.
