1. had been staying there for like weeks, even my husband who doesn't usually notice any smells said the room was smelly.

2. The second room had every door cabinet and drawer in open position, like someone was maybe just cleaning it and hadn't finished or something, the sofabed was half opened, this room was definitely not left in normal condition for a guest to check into.

3. The problem was with the condition of the guestrooms, we tried two different rooms and both had problems that made me feel like I was staying in a gross room.
