One day we left and returned 6 hours later to find our room had not had housekeeping, so we asked the housekeeper who was cleaning the room across from us for new towels and she seemed a bit bothered by the request and informed us that our room was was not 'one of hers' , even though all I wanted were clean towels and to dump the trash( which I did).
