5. So the luxury of this place is not in the decor and luxurious facilities it is in the people who make your stay really pleasent and coming back every evening was like coming back home and I was really looking forward to sleeping the this huge bed.

The rooms were terrible, from broken toilets, TV`s that didn`t work, given a room with soaking wet carpets that had just been cleaned, with a very strong chemical smell, and a huge industrial fan in the hallway, running full blast in the evening hours ,to help dry the carpets, a room that didn`t have enough beds, as per the reservation.
