1. The layout is a bit odd, as the desk area (huge) backs into the kitchen, but you can just slide your chair back to get your cup of tea.

2. My room was huge (it's a studio), the pool was clean and shaded, the folks at the front desk were all very friendly, and even the breakfast was way above normal hotel free breakfasts.
