Don't get me wrong - I enjoyed my stay at Boulder Outlook, and applaud the hoteliers' efforts to create a unique, very eco-friendly lodging destination and experience, but truth (as I see it) be told, to really pull it off they will need more capital, so as to be able to give the 60'/70's era buildings that make up the property the major refurbishment that they really need.
