1. I had something STOLEN out of my room (the staff did nothing to help with this, or the manager even) and it appeared as if someone had been going through my make-up bag, as I keep it very organized and things were out of place when I came back that day to get ready.

9. I found the staff very courteous and helpful, my room was clean, the room service was good, the motel has a pool and is great for familes with children.
