5. but it was an excellent place to stay with good clean room, nice furnishings, right on the edge of the CU Campus (we walked and biked everywhere (with bikes provided by the Quality Inn)), indoor pool, hot tub.

8. Location is excellent, 1 block away from a pedestrian/bike trail next to a roaring stream that takes into you town in a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride.
