1. This hotel looks like Marriott Courtyard on the outside and has a nice lobby but the rooms are more like Holiday Inn/Motel 6.

3. We made our reservation at the last minute - we had an early flight out of Logan during Spring Break (and a 2 1/2 hour drive to Logan) - we found that long term parking was mostly likely going to be full - and we needed a place to park while we were gone for the week.
