7. Finally moved to adjacent small unit which was much better appointed, furnishings were newer, pictures on wall, cleaner appearance and a working phone and cell phone servcie access.

10. IF you are going to chance it with these folks you'd better make sure, several times, that they have not screwed up your reservation; before you leave your home and head for Boston, call them one last time and make sure you still have the reservation secured.
