9. The parking rate for guests ($20/day) is the best you'll find in downtown Boston, it's a short walk around Fenway to the Kenmore Square T station which makes a trip to Copley Square only two stops and Boston Comon/Qunicy Market/Faneuil Hall a 15-20 minute trip.

10. They make it their business to treat me like one of the family by advising me on the best restaurants in the area, printing out boarding passes for my return to Florida, supplying any toiletries which I have forgotten.
