8. I didn't think the entrance was that big of a deal - I find it very common to have to take a separate elevator to the lobby in any big city hotel.

10. The rooms are not very big - we could barely maneuver around the 2 double beds and had to move furniture around in order to set up the Pack N Play for our youngest to sleep in.
