1. The hotel offered the free car service to the north end for our dinner reservations.

2. We didn't spend too much time in the hotel, despite it being quite cold outside for early April, but the free wifi internet is a MUST in any property these days, so that was well received.

4. The entire staff is topnotch and clearly cares about service - from doorman, to valet to front desk, even the restaurant hostess who got us free cups of coffee (since we missed the 7-9am free lobby coffee).

10. Being a former prison, the cool factor of this hotel is almost reason enough to stay here, but combine that with friendly service, two restaurants, decent little fitness center, nice rooms, and most of all the free glass of champagne upon check in, and you have a really nice hotel choice.
