1. Room was gloomy and old and in need of help: couch had cigarette burns and stains on it to where I didn't even want to sit on it.

5. There was a gentleman floating around the lobby, near the front desk, who stopped us after we checked in and told us that if we'd like, he'd sit down with us with maps and help us plan out our stay.
