1. Beds were firm but I like soft, still I slept very comfortable.

2. He always adviced us the best not only in restaurants but also the tour he recomended ( the only one that goes into Harvard) The rooms are comfortable and breakfast was included in the price You can choose how hard or soft you like your bed.

4. In our room, my side of the bed was fine but my husband's was so soft it was ridiculous while daughters bed was nicknamed 'Ayers Rock' (we are Aussies) and she preferred to sleep on the floor because it was softer.

7. If you wanted anything more than really soft, it basically was a round tube inflated under you, so you constantly rolled all night.

9. Pillows were TERRIBLE, so small and soft I had to ask for 4 more even though there were already 8 in the bed, we ended up with 12 soft pillows.
