1. My husband spoke to the duty manager, he said the message was wrong the reason they couldn't take it back was it is the law in the US apparently they were worried that we may have tampered or injected the bottle with something.

5. Some examples:- Costsavings (whether for the environment or for $$ reasons -shouldn't mean that only 1 or after day 1 NO washcloth is provided, or that bedlinens don't smell fresh (better after a change was specifically requested for the next day -creepy on reflection).

6. This time, for some strange reason, they did't have it at all for our 3 day weekend stay and the staff could not provide any reason as to why.

7. I only ate one meal at the restaurant/bar in the lobby but it was good and reasonably priced considering the type of hotel and the city.

9. We booked this hotel with Expedia on one of their 'Secret hotels' bookings, so, for a very reasonable price, we were delighted when our hotel proved to be the Intercontinental near the Waterfront.
