4. My stays have consistenly been great, rooms clean, staff very accomodating, and I love having a separate mini-kitchen and living room area, as opposed to just a bedroom/bathroom like other hotels.

8. One rarely 'cooks' in the hotel kitchenettes but I like that at-home feeling it provides or to sometimes warm up some leftovers from previous night :-) Surroundings:Its in a great new and very quiet part of Bend, very close to the river.
