2. When I mentioned the cooling issue as we checked out, the comment was made that the weather had just turned hot and now they were able to see what rooms were having cooling issues (?).

3. Negatives were a room that never did cool down that well (since it was quiet we stayed put), a slow action toaster that made fixing the waffles an event (it like took forever), and a nice spa with water jets that seemed tired and old.
