1. One of the big reasons we booked this hotel is because it advertised a 24 hour quick shuttle service to/from airport.

9. The only reason I withhold 5 stars v 4 is that there were some issues with my room (toilet didn't work properly, shower made a very loud noise and the desk chair was very squeaky), suggesting they need to pay a bit more attention to maintenance.
