1. The rooms are large and clean, the staff is always friendly, and the complimentary breakfast and evening receptions are always very good and a lot of fun.

7. The staff was friendly, the hotel and room were spacious and clean and to top it off, they cleaned the snow off our car so we didn't have to do it.

Below are the pros and cons of our stay:Pros:~Newly built hotel~Very spacious rooms~Very clean rooms~Nice large LCD TVs in living room and bedroom~Very spacious bathroom including a spacious stand-up shower~Very friendly staff~Room Service (dinner) was very good~Comfortable couch for lounging~Quiet (hardly noticed any airplane noise)~Ample parkingCons:~Bed was a little too firm (for us anyway)~Room service failed to pick up our dishes from our dinner room service order (even though a hotel staff member placed a bill under our door sometime during the night).
