6. Because our unit was under-stocked, we ran out of towels the first day, and it took at least two phone calls to get them replenished (otherwise, the staff was very pleasant and helpful).

7. The only thing that was wrong and was also noted in prior reviews, is that the beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable, next time I will need to bring a thick pillow topper to help me sleep better.

10. The front desk staff was not very helpful when asked questions, one of my keys didn't work in my door, and the housekeeping staff tried to come in before 9am to clean, I was still there, and then they never came back.
