2. Family of 5 (mom, dad, 5yr old, 2 yr old, 7 month old) smelly lobby, staff had indifferent disposition & not very friendly, coffee maker not cleaned from previous use, happy to leave.

7. When we got to the room, its had opened shampoo bottles, dirty towels inside the bathroom, when we called for clean towels, we had to go down from the 6th floors to get the supplies, and people in the front desk did not seem too happy about giving us extra towels.
