Blasted the hotel when I received the typical 'tell us how you
like
us' email, manager followed up saying every room is inspected daily.

The front desk staff at check in were more interested in their own tasks than waiting on customers but if the owners treat their staff
like
they manage their hotels, it is not unexpected.

We wanted a room with a microwave and fridge and when we saw our room did not have these,they immediately moved us to a room that had them and called to see if we

the wall paper - even though looked somewhat new - was torn off the walls in some places & the bathroom fixtures,
like
the toilet paper roll, were coming detached from the wall.
