1. The area that this is in is definately 'downtown' and I did have an issue with a panhandler that was particularly 'persistent' and the bell staff took care of after it was made mention of it to them.

My Husband had eye surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, when I called the Tremont Plaza about a room, they took care of me right away, the room was nice and clean, all the staff couldn't have been nice and helpful, we has spent all day at the Hospital and were very tired, so we ordered dinner from room service, they put it on our table, it was hot, and was just perfect.
