4. Everyone from the valet attendant, to the front desk staff, from the maintenance staff and including the room service attendant, offered us exceptional service (side note: we interacted with the maintenance staff because I couldn`t get the door to our room to open when we checked in -- lo and behold, the error was on my part not the hotels -- it was quite funny).
