1. Mary, at the front desk, arranged a new room and within minutes security arrived to help us move and Mary arrived with a bag of cold bottled water and snacks for our inconvenience.

2. The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfy; a new, large flat screen TV offered a wide range of cable and On Demand viewing; and, the (very clean) large fridge and coffee/tea maker and microwave offered lots of in-room snacking options.
