7. There was some new furniture and carpet, but the bath fixtures were very old, so were the light switches and the old AC unit barely cooled the room.

8. The lobby looks better, but when you get up to the room hallways, the old door sills still have chipped, worn paint, the walls have abrasion marks on them, but there is some new carpet.
